Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
Excellent customer service and sales ability
Health & Safety management knowledge essential
Must be able to work in a pressured environment and adhere to strict deadlines
Ability to effectively plan and schedule workloads essential
To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary
Driving license essential (minor points accepted)
Knowledge of loft and cavity installation advantageous but not essential
Gas engineer experience advantageous but not essential
IOSH or NEBOSH an advantage
Construction related qualification advantageous but not essential
Fleet management experience of benefit also
